The Reflow Kit CONTROLLER manages your solder-oven.

In order to achieve an optimal soldering result, determined times and temperatures must be adhered to when soldering SMD construction units with flux.

The Reflow Kit CONTROLLER manages your solder-oven, so that the times and temperatures are adhered to and an optimal soldering result can be achieved. For programming you can connect to the CONTROLLER via a serial interface with your computer.

The boards and assembly parts are slowly heated in a preheating phase. Thus mechanical stresses in the board and in the assembly parts are avoided.

After the preliminary heating the temperature is increased to just under the soldering temperature. The volatile components of the flux can then escape, without leading to blistering.

Heat then increases up to soldering temperature. The flux becomes liquid, and the assembly parts are connected to the board. The soldering temperature is accurately maintained during the soldering time, so that no damage is caused by overheating.

The CONTROLLER signals the conclusion of the soldering phase with a tone. The finished soldered board can now be removed from the oven.
